Is 4Life Transfer Factor A Scam or Great Opportunity?
I’m a very health-conscious person, so it only makes sense that I’d take an interest in learning about products and companies that are to help me stay as healthy as possible. Having abs chiseled from the finest granite and being able to bench press a Ferrari isn’t an accident, my friends.
Ok, maybe granite isn’t exactly what you’d compare them to…
Anyways, now that’s it’s not 105 degrees everyday here in Austin anymore, it got me thinking about cold and flu season and the steps that I’m going to be taking to prevent myself from catching Donkey Flu (I’m calling it) or whatever the next pandemic is going to be. Through my research, I came across an article that talked about a natural immune-boosting substance called transfer factor and a network marketing company called 4 Life that manufacturers a product with some interesting potential, so in the spirit of what this blog is all about, I’d like to share some background information about 4 Life so you can determine for yourself if it’s a scam or a great opportunity.
A Brief History of 4 Life
In 1998, 4 Life was founded by David & Bianca Lisonbee based on the mission of “building people through Science, Success, and Service” and by licensing the first patent on the transfer factor extraction process, they were able to bring 4 Life Transfer Factor to the people of the US. The science behind the 4 Life Transfer Factor is based on the same biological process of how infants acquire immunity directly from their mother’s milk, so the 4 Life Transfer Factor works to boost other peoples immunity by ingesting these substances. Isn’t science amazing (even though we don’t have hover cars, yet)?
Is 4 Life Transfer Factor a Scam or Legit Business Opportunity?
That’s the Million Dollar question, isn’t it? There are a number of factors to consider when looking at any opportunity, but the easiest way to determine 4 Life is a scam or real business opportunity is to answer for yourself what exactly it is that they sell (health and wellness products). If you can’t clearly understand what product or service a company is selling, that’s the first indication that you should probably run!
Checking 4 Life’s rating on the Better Business Bureau’s website is another good place to start that will give you an idea of how they handle complaints, if their distributors are satisfied, etc.
Some Points To Consider About 4 Life
When I reviewed the 4 Life compensation plan, AKA the Lifetime Rewards Package, I thought it looked pretty solid with good payouts to its distributors through commissions on its’ products, like 4 Life Transfer Factor and others, and bonuses for recruiting and sales volume.
Here are a couple of points that you’ll want to address to your potential sponsor to determine if 4 Life is going to be a good opportunity for you, because at the end of the day, isn’t that what’s ultimately the most important factor to consider?
- Personal Monthly Recruiting Quotas – In order to be promoted through 4 Life’s leadership ranks, you have to personally sponsor between 4-12 new distributors every monthwith a 100 LP (Life Point) order. You’ll want to find out two things:
- What kind of activity will it realistically take to hit those MLM recruiting goals every month?
- What happens to your compensation if you are unable to meet those goals (you get busy, go on vacation, etc.)? Do you forfeit something?
- Monthly Sales Volume To Get Promoted – To reach 4 Life’s top leadership level of Platinum International Diamond, one requirement is that your entire group has to sell 1,000,000 LP (Life Points) per month in volume. Based on my business, that seems like a huge requirement to me to reach the top level, so you’ll want to find out a couple of more things from your sponsor:
- What is a reasonable time frame to reach the upper levels of 4 Life compensation plan? Can it be accomplished in a few years or will it likely take (substantially) longer?
- The Team You’ll Be Joining – Here’s a very important fact that can easily make or break your chances of being successful in 4 Life (or any network marketing company): you have to be apart of a good team with strong leadership in place to help you get started. This is critical! Without strong leadership to show you exactly what you need to do to succeed, you’re going to waste a lot of time and money “spinning your wheels”.
- Ask your sponsor if they can tell you about the team you’d be joining. What kind of training do they provide? How do they recommend that you build a business? Is that method a good fit for your personality/skill set (example: they say to keep calling everyone you’ve ever met when you’d rather learn to market properly and leverage the internet)?
Learn to leverage the internet to generate up to 14 super hot leads per day for your 4Life Transfer Factor business!
If this helped, please show me some love and share this/leave me a comment (even if it’s just to say hi)!
(Disclaimer: I’m not affiliated with 4 Life in any way and am providing an unbiased review based on my years of experience in the network marketing industry)

Have a great day!
Brian
THANKS, FOR THE INFORMATION I KNEW IT WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
Good points, the problem here are you going to find people these days people who are willing to spend $150 a month in products? That maybe you do not need or consumed or you are not going to sell? 150/month is almost 2.000 year, 10.000 x5 year
Every one out there has a purpose and there are many that would love to have an opportunity where they can make a difference in their families…..so yes you will find many people that are willing to pay $150 a month and even more.
could you please state why you think this is to good to be true? Thank you…
4Life products are the best I have ever seen in this industry. Transfer Factor science is unmatched in immune support.
Eyes are opened but blind.

At the cost of innocent people. This tabletts contain a fraction of what it is meant for and that is why you ought to implement it for a long time. After some years later you may bite your tail because you are drained financially and there is no return.EYES WITHOUT A FACE…..
Hi, i joined 4Life not because i want to do the “business” but because it’s cheaper to buy the product if you’re a member. I tried the riovida gel and energy sachets ( just these 2 products ) and i liked the results. My 16 year old son normally would get the flu during the school breaks for not having enough rest and late nights. I started giving him these 2 4Life products and he didnt fall sick at all even though he was doing 12 hour part time work at a local restaurant daily during the school holidays!
Another thing that made me believe in this products is when a friend of his was found to have tuberculosis and it gave me a fright for he was with the friend before the school closed for the holidays. Sent him for check up and it’s been 5 months now but no sign that he caught it from his friend. Btw, The friend has recovered.
Now my whole family is taking riovida gel and energy on busy days.
Like i mentioned earlier, i joined for the member discount price. I don’t even have what they call a downline or something. I just buy what my family needs to consume every month
I’m just sharing my experience.
its waste of money i would advice you invest your money some where els.Tubecoloses healing…..????….Why is it not known and still its meant only 4Life can heal u….hhhhhmmm
Do you have to purchase paquege to enter this program?? nothing is for free in this world
I think the products of 4Life are very high priced. I could make a market with the money I spend on those two bottles of pills
though it is not to much money if you look at it as an investment for your business. I don’t feel confortable recommending a health product just based on my experience. I’m not a doctor so it wont be ethic. I can not assure to people that it is a reliable product. The products from 4life are not validated from the FDA. They will say that it is because the products are no food or drugs, they are just supplements. I’m not saying they are bad products but I wish I could see more scientific evidence.
If you want more evidence just check out the more than 3000 clinical evaluations or look in the Physicians Desk Referance for supplements and you will see many of the product listed there. also a correction to the authors information is that you dont have to recruit 4-12 new distributers per month. You only get residual pay out on the distributers that obtain their 100LP in a month.
Check out the company for yourself!
Am afraid but everyone has to access his or her own ability before moving into the slaughter house. There are numerous vitamin substitutes on the market and most are not better than the raw vegetables on weekly (not shopping malls!!!.)markets whicxh are direct from the farmers. These are nutritious and helps a lot.
4Life products and workshops makes remember the system of the Jehovah Witnesses and their ceremonial hugs.4Life are meeting in Philadelphia on the 18 of this month. All 4Life members are a class of their own.Either you are in the Upper class or from middle class shooting to the upper class.Any other thing is below average there. The damage is not known yet,but in some years to come, many would remember what am saying here. The products with exception of the drink and rice, all are just not meant for a living being.I am out of this and has seen enough that i have all those junks in to the durst bin forever.
LEARN TO SAY NO!!!.
Any MLM is all based on social networks – who you already know…otherwise, why would I buy directly from a distributor. The scam is based on the promises that some reps make on making millions of dollars. Promises…yes, so that’s not a true statement.
Also, since your revenues are mostly based on recruiting, this is really not a legitimate business operation. The percentage of direct sales of the product over recruitment should be the business model, not the other way around.
Last but not least, the product itself is already out in the ‘regular’ distribution model ~ stores, online distributions, etc. Why on Earth would I buy a bottle for 25 dollars when I can get the same thing for 10 dollars. Please explain why I would do that…lol
From my experience and what my wife does…Scentsy is probably the most successful. The product is appealing, has product value, is unique, has strong branding, and most of all ~ IT’S AFFORDABLE. Even better, the startup costs are only 99 bucks. Within a year, my wife is pulling 3000 a month, where 75% of revenue were from product sales! 25% came from recruitment, but those people actually get a lot of sales. The product sells itself. No need to agressively attack other people on sales pitches, etc..
Primerica? Who goes out and trys to look for life insurance? Not a very appealing product…and trust only comes from reputable companies. USAA is one.
4Life — Way too expensive and does not have a strong branding. As stated, we can get this from other outlets ~ GNC, etc. Why pay more?
So, MLM is basically just making those people that originally started the business richer and richer, while you get lower and lower. The best MLM is one where you start a new product and SCAM everyone lol ….take care guys – it’s tough out there, but do your best..there are OTHER ways to make money online…check out affiliate marketing…
